20 Questions Tag!

I've been tagged Hele! Thanks for the tag, this is a fun one! ♥

1. Things you cannot leave the house without:
Apart from the obvious keys/phone/wallet etc I never leave the house without shoes!! OK, so it sounds like a given but there are so many people that walk outside barefoot or in slippers...not me! I will not even wear slipper if I have people over, let along outside! Not even to put the bins out :)


2. Favourite brand of Make Up:
I'd be lying if I didn't say MAC. However there are so many more that fall very closely behind my love for Mac including Nars, Too Faced, Stila, Smashbox, YSL, NYX and mineral companies like The She Space and Meow Cosmetics. I can never be totally faithful to one makeup company.

3. Favourite flower:
Gerberas because they bright and cheerful! I love them in any colour but especially the pink and peach variety.

4. Favourite clothing store:
Alannah Hill, without a doubt. Although her clothing is very pricey so I browse more than I buy atm. Honorble mentions also go to Saba, Forever New, Witchery, Country Road, Leona Edminston, Arthur Galan and Review.

5. Favourite perfume:
Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb - hands down

6. Heels or Flats:
Heels - sky high and in every colour under the sun thankyouverymuch! Although I do admit that I love ballet flats as well, they're really the only flat shoe I like.

7. Do you make good grades:
In High School - yes. I got pretty much straight As all through highschool (although i did sturggle in maths) but at Uni I slacked off upon discovering cocktails! However i finished with an invite to complete my honours year so I guess I didn't do too badly.

8. Favourite colours:
I couldn't pick just one - I love rich jewel-tones like Ruby, Emerald, Amethyst and Amber but I also love neutrals like blush pinks, creams, greys. Also I live in Melbourne so black is the uniform here...I wear a lot of black.

9. Do you drink energy drinks:
No, they give me the shakes!


10. Do you drink juice:
Sometimes, I'm quite partial to apple juice.

11. Do you like swimming:
Not really, I wear glasses/contacts so swimming is difficult. Plus this body wasn't exactly made for bikinis!

12. Do you eat fries with a fork:
Yes, I also like to eat meat pies with a knife and fork. :)


13. Favourite moisturiser:
Tough, because I do change mine around a lot. Currently I'm using the Body Shop Aloe night cream and I'm really enjoying it!

14. Do you want to get married later on in life:
Yes! J and I have been together nearly 6 years and I think it's time ♥

15. Do you get mad easily:
Yes, I acctually do have a bit of a temper. I'm a very passionate person by nature and so often that comes out negatively when I feel strongly against something. I also have really high expectations so I get annoyed when they're not met. (I promise I'm still nice though! haha)

16. Are you into ghost hunting:
What on earth is ghost hunting?? Well, I don't really believe in gohsts as such so I guess no...?

17. Any phobias -
Plenty!! Spiders, bugs, moths, worms (basically everything that doesn't have either 2 or 4 legs) I'm really scared of my loved ones dying, but I'm not too scared of dying myself funily enough.

18. Do you bite your nails:
No, it's taken me so long to get them in half-decent shape there's no way they're coming on my menu!

19. Have you ever had a near death experience:
Not really near death per se but I have really bad 'nervous' athsma - which is basically that I can have an attack when I get very upset (not just angry but almost hysterical) and this happened a few years back when I was going through a rough patch with my life and I started choking. Luckily my dad was there to rescue me!

20. Do you drink coffee -
I have one every morning, pretty much. I love it - the scent, flavour, the ritual of it. My dad's a big coffee drinker and so I've pretty much grown up with it.
